Job Description: • Serves customers by providing product and service • Attracts potential customers by accurately answering questions about products and services • Opens customer accounts by recording account information • Maintains customer records by updating account information • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience Requirements: Familiarity with various billing systems, Excel and Microsoft office software a plus Previous experience in a billing system, especially in customer account setup/updating, preferred but not required
