District Specialist I - Technician

Holt County Soil and Water Conservation District is accepting applications for a part time District Specialist I - Technician. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to technical and clerical tasks, survey and design, providing field assistance, implementing cost-share programs, recording case file updates and maintenance of district rental equipment. General agriculture related knowledge, High School diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license are required. Qualifying applicants should have basic computer skills, knowledge of technical field equipment and be willing to work outdoors under all types of weather conditions. Some on job training is provided. Starting wage is $15/ hour with promotion potential. Applicants will be subject to reference and background checks.
